The website has no contact form, uses no cookies, analytics or tracking tools of its own and loads nothing from third parties when you open a page (the font is stored on our own server). The one exception is the video in the Fleet section: it loads from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) only after you click “Play video”. Google may then process your IP address and store data in your browser under its own rules. If you call or write to us, we process the data you give us yourself.

• Phone call and e-mail (name, company, phone, e-mail, content of the message): handling your enquiry and order. Legal basis: steps before entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Data from a transport order (contact persons of the sender and the consignee, loading and unloading place): carrying out the transport (point (b) and legitimate interest, point (f)).
• Invoicing data and documents: compliance with legal obligations (point (c), accounting and tax).
• Technical server logs (IP address, time, browser) when you visit the website: security and operation of the website (point (f)). They are processed by the hosting provider.

Accounting documents for 10 years under the Slovak Accounting Act. Enquiry and business correspondence for the duration of the business relationship and the limitation period of claims [to be added by the client: exact period]. Server logs for a short time, depending on the hosting settings.

Hosting and DNS provider (Cloudflare, Inc., USA; server logs, transfer based on standard contractual clauses [to be checked by the client or a lawyer]), e-mail provider Google (Gmail service) [to be checked by the client or a lawyer], Google Ireland Limited (YouTube) if you start the video on the website, accountant [to be added by the client], a subcontracted haulier if we carry out the transport through one (only the data needed for the transport), public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell data.

We do not make automated decisions and do not carry out profiling.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can exercise these rights by e-mail or post to the controller’s address. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk).
